RAIN router delivery

I registered, ordered and paid for my Basic home wifi router with Rain 20/04/2022. The delivery was meant to arrive 28/04/2022, in 5 working days. No message and no delivery came.

I have called Rain too many times to count to find out what's going on. 04/05/2022 I spoke to a consultant and they say that my order was cancelled, by who I don't know. They re-order for another delviery, which is meant to arrive 11/05/2022. Still nothing!

I have called again for a refund because I no longer want to be associated with Rain and their terrible service. I was told it'll take 7 working days for my refund from billing to be reversed!

That's unacceptable. I waited 3 weeks for nothing to be delivered, no communication at all!! I haven't even received an email confirming the refund. Every consultant I speak to gives reference numbers I logged myself and nothing new to track with.

Where is my refund and where is the email confirmation of said refund! I want that sorted as in yesterday!

I will be using every social media platform as well commenting on Rain and how terribly they treat new clients!!
