Rain Router

Good day,

I would simply like to confirm if Rain got the router. I got a call from a guy last week Tuesday and Wednesday from number *** who arranged to come and collect the router. I advised that I will only be available over the weekend due to my work requirements and he advised that they unfortunately do not do collections over a weekend. So he asked if any family or friends would be at home to do the handover and I said yes. He then confirmed that he would do the collection on Wednesday. On Wednesday I got a call from my family which confirmed that the handover was done. On Friday I got a call from CCD Couriers for the same thing and gave them the same information, CCD has been calling on multiple ocassions on a daily basis for the collection when it has already been done, now this is making me skeptical. I just want to confirm if rain got the router. You response would be highly appreciated. Regards,
