Rain router

I have been making arrangements with rain and their courier company for the past 3 months to come collect their router..with no luck they call me everyday Wich is annoying and make arrangements then their courier change the arrangements iv made with the agent.. Till date iam still in position of a non working router(switched off due to payment) but still charging me for it after telling me that the rain 101 is not a contract but pay as you use.. I won't recommend rain to anyone...
