RAIN ROUNTER OFFLINE - NO ASSISTANCE FROM RAIN

My router have not been working for over a week now. and i keep getting the same stupid feedback from rain "We will escalate". As someone that is working from home, I now have to spend money buying pre-paid data (which is also a ****). i an definitely cancelling their service. They all refuse to let me speak to the manager/team leader. All they could do is give me a name "Sihle", no surname whatsoever, which makes me believe they are lying and this person doesn't even work there
