RAIN ROBBING ME

I made the mistake of helping a friend pay the R1 fee to get their contract with Rain on the go, Rain's service was terrible as they were misled about a special, they have since cancelled the contract and gone with another provider, lucky them I now sit with a burden of them trying to deduct from me daily, i have to move money so that they do not take the full amount and am being charged R3 per day for insufficient funds, this is indirectly theft, Rain will not help me, they keep saying they will and almost 2 months later, I still pay R3 a day plus additional charges for moving money and the inconvenience is frustrating
