Rain ****** me

If I could give negative stars on this service provider I would. Rain has taken my money and I am still not able to use the internet as every week I contact them they tell me to wait for an email as the situation has been escalated. I am a student writing my exams and I cannot write because rain will not activate my SIM card. As a service provider how do you take someone’s money and not activate a service that is paid for ? I am so so so so disappointed in rain and I will never use or recommend them to anybody. If I could leave this review for the world to see I would say that rain does not even deserve to be a business. Poor customer service. And I feel like I’ve just been ****** as they won’t even allow me to cancel to get a refund. I don’t know whether I should open a case against rain or what further to do but if you need an internet service provider rain is definitely not the service you should take.
