Rain rips people off

We have been using Rain for some time now and on the 30 of we made an immediate cancelation on our subscription that is a month to month and we have been paying for their services with upfront payments since ordered their Sim card... NOW they billed us again after we have cancelled the subscription and they are refusing to pay us back and the consultants keep on dropping our calls when we state our case... With proof of our payment and everything.
