Rain Rippoff

I received my rain sim card and service in February of this year. I was promised that it would work in all the areas that were around me and at my house. This was not the case. Yet I still paid for their services as I promised to do so via contract. However, just over a month ago I cancelled my sim card and services with Rain and I was promised that this would take effect by the 1st of May and that I would not be debited. They did, however, ***** my money. I do not suggest this ISP one bit. They cannot supply what they promise and they don't keep to their word.
