Rain ripoff data plan!!!!!!!!!

This is truly a huge ****!!!!. Bought a unlimited data plan for R479.00 4G network data plan. Started my plan beginning of April and ever since had data speed of 0.3 mbps to 1.0 mbps. My package was for up to 10 mbps , I only reached the 1.0 mbps late at night. I truly regret purchasing the Rain data plan and the customer care consultant is truly useless and clueless, takes roughly 2 days before replying to our email requests.
