Rain - *******

Trying to get Rain to respond is a hopeless task. They always do a private reply on this platform saying they will give a private reply and then NEVER do. I called their support line and was told to hold while they check my account. After 35 mins I hung up. During load shedding all their towers go down and I have no wi-fi for 6 hours a day. Rain says that this is not their problem that their towers have no battery back up and they refuse to credit me with ANY amount. What a *******.
