Rain Rica nightmare

Hi there. 12 July buoght 4g uncapped from Rain. Did all the Id and other documents needed for their Rica. But I struggle with proof of residence because I live with my son. My son gave me a copy off the rental agreement with my name and surname on it. Also he went to the nearest police station with his Telkom acc. As proof of residence and made an affidavit at the nearest Police station which includes his full names and Id no and my full names and Id no. But it seems you cannot load all the documents at once via the app. Thus I have contacted them numerous times since 12July to just get someone to send me their email address so I can email all the necessary documents in order to do the final step of the Rica process in order to use the wifi I already paid for upfront. But every time I call they promise to escalate the complaints and say someone will contact me via a call or email within 24hrs. From 12 July still waiting. Both my banks , lawyers and every other institutions accepted my proof of residence. What is the problem with Rain and will they refund me for the days(month) I was unable to use their services. Really disappointed.
