Rain RICA

I have been trying for a week to get two sim cards working. I ordered them from Takealot and picked them up on Monday 25 Jan 2021. I registered them on the Rain site and received two sms'es to RICA them. I went through the entire process for both sim cards separately and was told that it was successful. Then I waited. The app kept saying "queued for RICA" and nothing was activated. After sending emails various times, I received an email on Saturday, saying that one sim card was activated. I tried it, but it still doesn't work. I now have two sim cards that I have had for a week and I can't work at all. How difficult can this be to sort out????
