RAIN RICA

I bought a RAIN sim and I paid for my first months subscription.

However when it came to the RICA process I had no joy, I submitted my proof of res and ID as requested, however when it came to the facial recognition part, it just hanged on the screen without giving me any instructions, I've been trying to do this final process everyday, however no joy

I then tried contacting RAIN, they only have a live chat, the call centre number, which is always unavailable and then they do also ask to leave an e-mail, I have had no joy.

I eventually got through to a Live chat consultant yesterday 29th March 2020, her name was Suheila. She informed me that the RICA agents are not present on Sundays and PROMISED me that she would get one to contact me first thing Monday morning. This did not happen. I've tried doing the live chat again this morning, however no joy yet again, I keep on getting pushed back in the queue and it's using up my data.

All I want is to finalize my RICA process so that I can start using what I've paid for.

This is quite urgent and I need it for work.
