Rain Restricting access to EA servers

Ive been struggling to connect to EA servers but when i use my vodacom wifi it connects , i've been calling non stop for assistance and your damn call center is always busy . Why have it if you cant even answer our calls .Literally on the brink of just cancelling my contract.

Its EA Servers from a console ( PS5 ) not a website , i've tried using a different ISP ( Vodacom ) but when i connect using Rain it goes offline . I've been trying to get through on your useless call center and no one picks or even calls back .

Please get this sorted asap , im paying for this service and i expect it to be working .

You guys are completely and utterly useless buffoons , i have not received a response nor a call the whole entire day , if this is not sorted out by tomorrow afternoon please do come collect your router because i will not be using your services going forward

Hi

Still doesn't connect even after following the instructions , when i connect to my vodacom wifi it connects instantly .This is really quite irritating ......
