Rain - reserved money

Thank you for my refund for Dec but I see I'm going to struggle every month as I see on my bank that they already reserved an amount of R417 for the month of January even when my sim was cancelled. and that is my problem with Rain, they do not load it as a debt order - so its very difficult to get them to stop deducting money, and they never load it on the same day , they load it as a card transaction
