Rain Replacement Sim Card delivered the following day

last week I removed my sim card from my phone during off-peak hours and put it on my Sofa. Unfortunately, the sim card got between the sofas and I was unable to take it out. I then went to reach out to Rain on their Facebook page and asked for a replacement sim card. The admin of the page was very friendly and able to assist. I got my replacement Sim card delivered to my door the following day.
