Rain repayment ****, poor product and service

I bought that Rain 4G unlimited sim card after checking that my area fell under the coverage. I did not get my free week trial as promised and the R479 was debited off my account immediately. The 4G could barely send a Whatsapp and was completely off for large portions of the day. On cancelation I emailed requesting a refund. I had to email twice before I received a response in which my refund was promised between 7-10 working days. It is now day 13 with no payment and no one answering my emails. The call center is also completely off, it's surprising to see how a connectivity company can't arrange at home call setups for their employees during the Covid pandemic. The product and the service is shocking. You cannot trust the coverage checker on their website.
