Rain refusing to refund me after cancelling their service

I have cancelled my contract within seven days of activating the rain sim, I cancelled because I was struggling to connect to the rain network. I still haven't received my refund as per rain terms and conditions. I have logged numerous tickets with their support but no response and no refund. Rain service is pathetic
