Rain refusing to refund an unwarranted debit.
Rain debited my account after I cancelled their service. They insist that they debit after they have provided the service which is not correct because when I started with them I paid them from the very beginning.

02 Jun 2021, 20:12Thank you for attending to my complaint. I must register that your employee, a JJ Botha, emailed me and he was discourteous and disrespectful and never cared to check my complaint. He dismissed my complaint off-handedly without any regard to the fact that I have been using your service for over a year.
