Rain refusing to issue ITC!
Rain is refusing to give me an ITC number and blacklist and insurance needs this to approve my claim on a ****** device! This is ridiculous!!!!

Thank you for taking our call. We spoke to Mandisa and she did say she received a letter from us and the insurance was not able to accept that for the claim.
I advised her that the letter may be the same letter I would be requesting. I will make sure of the details in the letter and advise her on Monday.

Kindly note the letter she was sent is the only letter we have, we do not have an ITC number as our plans are not contracts.
