Rain refusing to help after wrong debt oerder run

on the 26th of October Rain tripple debted me and i called so that i can get a refund of the mistake which happened, ever since there are promising to call me back and nothing. today i managed to get hold of Sive and asked for the manager i heard her taliking to the manger but he refused to come to the phone.
