Rain refusing to cancel the order after numerous requests

I have sent numerous request to cancel the order as i have received poor feedback from previous customers with regards to the service, you cant get hold of anyone, and all you get is a deaf ear, PLEASE cancel the package with immediate, i do not permit any debit orders from Rain as i have sent cancelations over and over again Cancel the order!!!!!!!!!
