Rain refusing to cancel subscription and keeps debiting my account

I cancelled my subscription beginning of April 2022, then I tried calling to confirm my cancellation and the Agent said she can’t help me. On 1st and 2nd June 2022 Rain attempted to debit again 😤. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET THIS CANCELLATION DONE
