Rain refuses to refund my money.

Frustrated and Angry customer I have reached to a point where I am writing a review as clearly the staff hired does not want to do their job or they are robots.

I have cancelled my contract 5 months ago, every month thy deduct money from my account with bank charges that has been incurred. i have been requesting for months now to have my subscription cancelled and my money refunded. I have been told that the matter has been escalated and a ticket is opened, it ends there no feedback received and every day they attempt to take money from my credit card, but until now nothing has been done but multiple debits being attempted daily on my card which gives a bad record on my profile and all the debits attract bank charges.
