Rain refuses to refund Clients

Rain deducted from my account for two months after cancelling their service. I called their contact centre and I was promised a refund for the two months. its been almost two months now waiting for an agent to call me regarding the refund. Today i called in again to enquire about the refund, they refused to refund me my two months.
