RAIN refuses to give me back my refund!!!

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. Its either all their agents do not actually do their work or the company tells them not to refund. The worst part is that you cannot talk to anyone but the agent.

I am so glad I wont be giving anymore of my money to this company.
