Rain Refuses to Cancel MY WIFI subscription

I am so disappointed with Rain's service. I have called them numerous times requesting cancellation of their subscription. They refuse to cancel instead they keep attempting to debit my account every day as an online transaction in addition to that Frank had advised they would be collecting their router and subscription is cancelled, till today I am waiting. Gugu also advised the same thing. Kanti what must one do to get these people out of her life.
