RAIN refuses to cancel my subscription

I called to cancel rain, I was assured telephonicaly that they canceled and won't debit my account.

Rain did not cancel and still debited my account.

Every time I call again to enquire about my cancelation, their agents drop my call.

I sent a message reminding that I canceled and want my money back, they say I'll get a call back. I never received it and I don't want a call. I want my money back. I canceled already.

Does anybody know how to cancel RAIN??
