Rain refuses to cancel my subscription

Rain won't cancel my subscription. They keep saying the cancelation department will contact me but never does. Eventually I got hold of a lady that promised if I pay the last month I used it she will cancel it. They debited me 3 times in 1 day and still won't cancel my subscription. I had to cancel my card and get a new one in order to stop them from taking money. Biggest legal ******* in south africa.
