Rain refuses to cancel my account
My app doesn’t show an option to close my account so i’ve been calling them to cancel my account but they debited their money didn’t cancel it & now they say i must pay R595 again inorder for them to cancel it whereas my area coverage doesn’t have 5G so i struggle with network.
