Rain refused to cancel subscription

I got rain and was promised 5G connection. I only had 5g for the 1st week if service. I could not with live sports due to the slow connections. I called several times to check my connections but no joy from RAIN. I since cancelled my service but rain still bills me after the cancellation. This is the worst customer service I have come across.
