RAIN REFUSED TO CANCEL MY SIM CARD

In October i last year (14/10/2023) i requested to cancel my sim card and until today they didn't processed the request. In January i did i review here on Hellopeter and they called me promised me that they will cancel the sim card but until now they did not cancel. Furthermore, they have now blacklisted me with credit bureau because of the R265 they have been demanding from me. When i made a request to cancel the sim card in 2023 i told them i was unemployed and i dont have any source of income, and each month they keep on sending me letter of demand. Including this morning they send me via email another email demanding that i must pay them R265.

Rain is a bad company ever! Why did they not cancel the sim card when i made the request in 2023. Last month they made a promise to cancel the sim card n write off the R265 by the consultant who called me from RAIN. Now they went and blacklisted me. I'll never recommended the company to anyone.
