Rain refuse to Refund my money that they took *******

I canceled my service with rain on the 27 March and they are still deducting my account even today. I do not recommend rain to anyone because when you have to cancel your account they come up with stories and they are ****s and *******. I have spoken to different consultants since then and they are so *********** and they all deserve to be fired because they do not even know what they are doing. Now I am fighting for my refund and they do not want to refund me,
