rain refuse to pay my refund

Hello Peter you saw the response from Rain from my previous Review, to this date i have not heard anything from them, last i heard anything was when they responded to that Review. Is that a reliable company?Do you think they care? This is an issuer from JANUARY 2022 we are in April now , proof they asked for was sent to them, what else could be holding them to pay the refund to the bank account they were paid from?
