Rain refuse to cancel my account

I canceled my account with Rain last month and after a week they say I owe them R1058 ,that I did not pay my account in January and February, how was I using the network January and February if I wasn't paying...even after sending them proof of payment and invoices they change their statement saying I owe them for March and April.. they took their router but still charging me.. I don't recommend Rain for anyone because when it's time to cancel account with them they come with stories

I payed my account in March then canceled my account in April , I have sent proof that I payed my account in March..but still saying I owe for March, how did you open the network if I didn't pay for March...this is bull**** , I have sent proof of payment for march
