Rain Refunds. Are they really refunding?
Rain. I app**** for the Premium service and got less than 10Mbps. I cancelled it and they collected their nonsense. Apparently they processed a refund on the 26th of August, and it still hasn't reflected. It seems that a lot of people are complaining about the same thing.
