rain refunds always a issue

i cannot express the poor service you recieve at Rain. the are so quick to take your money, but once its time for a refund, so i am still waiting for my refund. i then phoned and asked if i could re activate a package and give rain a nother shot, i was then told nope i have to wait for my refund before i can do this, or pay again.

this is truly such poor customer service hey.... i think telkom has even gotten better then rain..
