RAIN - REFUND- WAHEED CARRIM

Worse Service from Rain being dealing with this from Jan2023 requesting for my services to be cancelled spoke to many call centre agents confirmed it has been cancelled in Feb they Double Debit my Account lodged a dispute with them spoke to a Manager Waheed Carrim confirmed with me it will be done nothing thus far no refund being sending numerous emails nobody is contacting me back Waheed Carrim does not know what is Customer Service!

Received a response from Rain to email *** and *** for my Banking Details which I continuously provide till now no refund I received over the 10 Day refund period! WORSE SERVICE FROM RAIN I WANT MY REFUND DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!!
