Rain refund struggle
Struggling to get my refund after I was promised the amount would not be debited. You cannot get through on the lines and cannot get then to call you back. Online chat is a bot so no answer there either

04 Dec 2025, 10:49Thank you for the feedback. I was however not notified of the bracket not been included and the router is wonky die to the cables. Hence the request for a bracket. My last router had a bracket and this was returned with the router. Your level of service is truely appalling to say the least.
