RAIN - REFUND *******

I have cancelled my rain as I have fibre from August 2020, they have debited my account r248 and R699 on the 2nd September. I was told that I will get my refund after the router is received. Then today I got an email my router is received, but there is no refund, what the F&*K. You stole my money now I cant get it back, what a pathetic terrible service, I have ready many review, you are ******, but I WILL GET MY 699 BACK, How do you debit 699 on 2 September now you say its for July, which was also deducted from my account..... if I didnt pay in JULY then my service would have been cut, as its paid in advance RIGHT!!!!!! I WANT MY 699 BACK!!!!!
