Rain refund pending.

After using the service for 2 weeks I had decided to cancel as my area does not pick up good reception. I had paid my initial fee of R479 when I had signed up on the 3/2/2021. On the 27/2/2021 I was them debited another amount of R393.00. Called multiple times to query, eventually a lady named Mpumelelo Ngcobo contacted me via email. After numerous emails of explaining how my money was take she had understand on the 9/03/21 asked for my bank statement to refund my money. Since then I haven't heard from her. I have emailed get twice. Yesterday the 18/03/2021 and on the 16/03/2021. No response. Service it's pathetic. Definitely would not recommend.
