Rain Refund my funds

Good day, I am writing about ticket ***. This is a request for a refund and I have still not received a call or feedback of any kind. I bought the service on the 4th of June, received the unit on the 8th of June, realised I couldn't use and returned it on the 11th. Already had to struggle to return the unit and was finally returned on the 29th. I am still waiting on a call to when the my money will be refunded as I have not used the service. It has been more than 7 days for them to process the refund and as we all know, these are times whereby we need every cent.
