Rain refund me

During sim activation I happened to purchase the wrong order in the 4th of July 2021 but after receiving a call from their service providers they helped me and they also helped to cancel the first wrong order and they had already deducted R250 after realizing that I was told that in oder for them to help purchase the new they then took my other R250 so I payed 500 but they told me that they will refund me my first R250 THE WRONG ORDER SO I was told to Wait for 7 to 10 working days but ever since I haven't received my money I'm very disappointed with their service its been more than 10 working days ??I'm in desperate need of that money
