Rain refund

On the 30th of July I paid R480. The next day I still didn't receive my rica sms so I thought the payment didn't go through I paid R480 again got sms followed steps to rica and was successful but then no signal at my house even though the web site said there is 4g signal. I emailed rain numourus times but no reply. The bank informed me both transactions went through. I need a refund I paid too much money for a service I cant use. Please I need assistance. Bernadette
