Rain Refund and Internet service

Hi there

Rain packages, NOT GOOD AT ALL, stay away from it.

My experience with them, up to now I still fighting for the refund in my card after I cancelled the service with them in Nov last year.

The overall service from technical to customer service is pathetic. no one knows absolutely nothing about customer service, neither the product they are selling to.
