Rain refund ****

Rain is probably the worst service provider I have ever come across, they charged for a service that I never used for 5 months straight, I could not receive my Sim card from the couriers because I was waiting for my ID which I informed them of that I am waiting for home affairs to get it, yet they still deducted the 300 that was the price of the package that I did not receive for 5 months this was in 2022, when I call them they keep telling me the billing department will call me that never happened up until today that is a whole 3 years not once did they call, their what's app/Facebook chats is completely useless they will tell you to DM them and ignore your messages after
