Rain refund

Hi, My name is Gugu and have had the worse experience wit rain. I’ve been debited twice and they are still trying to debit my account for data I never received. After countless emails and calls, I’ve received no help. An agent called and just muted my call. I want my refund back and for this sim to be deactivated.
