Rain refund

I cancelled my order and they promised to refund me within 7 to 10 working days. It’s now over 10 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Everytime I call I get the same response “ we will escalate to billing to process your payment” . I tried using twitter to reach them, now the account has stopped responding to my messages.
