rain - refund

Good morning Rain

I have still not received any feedback regarding my refund.

I called on 23 March 2021 @16:20pm, and was told by a lady called Tshidi it will take 7 - 10 working days for my refund. was told of a billing team.

I called again on 1 April 2021 @12:00pm spoke to Dumisani was told of an escalation and billing team working on it and will call me back ASAP.

I called again @16:00pm on 1 April 2021, spoke to precious. was told again about an escalation and a billing team working on it, and will call me back.

I called again on 6 April 2021 @9:33AM Spoke to Refilwe, was again told about an escalation and a billing team, no mention of my refund. was told she would call me back, nothing!

I called again this morning 8 April 2021 @9:17am, spoke to Wendy. was again told about an escalation and a billing team working on it. was told she would call me back.

Since March 2021 all i heard was the escalation and billing team, no mention of my refund!

Is Rain in financial trouble, why can't they refund my R699 as promised on 23 March 2021?

Please refund my money?
