Rain reference number *** double debit *******.

*** so after being told over the phone and via this platform that my matter will be escalated I called rain again today, this time I'm told my account was credited with the amount owed to me instead of it being paid into my account yet I specifically said they must put it back into my account where they stole it from (apparently it was a mistake on their side). I want money owed to me you can't debit me twice for a service I haven't even started using!!!! You want to keep my money then double debit me again and again and again.
